Bottling goat milk

Grade A Goat Milk

We pasteurize our goat milk in small batches in our own vat-pasteurizer for optimum freshness and we bottle it multiple times a week to be able to offer the freshest products to our customers. Because we are so small this process is very hands-on. Every bottle of milk is labeled by hand, filled by a person using a foot pedal operated pump, and capped by hand with our table top capping device.  We have carefully monitored and ensured your milk has been handled in the cleanest possible way while maintaining the proper temperature controls necessary to maximize the quality and integrity of the milk. We take pride in producing fresh, high quality goat milk for your enjoyment.

Fromage Blanc

Fromage Blanc

Fresh Goat Cheese: Fromage Blanc

We primarily make one style of goat cheese. It is a fresh goat cheese that we call Fromage Blanc. Being quite soft and creamy it can be used in a variety of ways. Many of us like to just eat it on a cracker, however it is great on a salad or used in cooking. Sarah often likes to enjoy the Garlic/Pepper/Rosemary on her baked potatoes. Cara loves the Honey/Lime on an arugula salad with fresh berries and pecans. Use your imagination! There is no wrong way to enjoy cheese! One thing that makes our cheese stand apart from many other cheeses available is that we do not add any salt to our cheese. This makes it a great choice for those who are monitoring their salt intake or just prefer to enjoy unsalted cheese. Currently our flavors of Fromage Blanc are: Plain, Garlic/Pepper/Rosemary, Herbs de Provence, Honey/Lime, Red Tart Cherry, Cranberry, and Cranberry/Orange/Walnut. Not all flavors are available at all retail locations. Most flavors are available at our Farmer's Markets. Some flavors change with the seasons.
